Cupertino cannot keep up with US demand, so everyone else must wait say Apple

The worldwide iPad launch has been postponed by another month it was announced today. Apple have blamed the “unexpectedly high demand” for units in the wake of the US rollout, culminating in a pretty impressive 500,000 iPads already shipped in the first week.

Fervent customers in the UK and Europe will have to wait until the end of next month, with preorders being accepted from May 10th…

Are you desperate to get an iPad once it hits the UK or have you taken delivery of a US unit already?
